It is scary to relocate to a new place. It is daunting to sign a rental lease without physically being there. Unless you work with a qualified and reliable real estate agent. I recently just had the luck - moving from New York to Chicago and renting an apartment in Chicago with the help of Mike Greco. He truly served as my "extended pair of eyes and ears". He not only fulfilled the real-estate agent's job; he also made my relocation experience pleasant and smooth. He was responsive and knowledgeable. However, it was his extraordinarily honesty and "not pushy" work ethics that impressed me. You don't run into this type of high quality of services in every transaction. But, when you do, you feel lucky.
